## **Annual Report 2023 – 2024** 

- 1.1 The Board met once in this period – on 26 October 2023. 

- 1.2 Our  trustees  continued  to  support  the  wider  HLF  Landscape Partnership Scheme (LPS) and Wonderful Woodlands Project. But generally the Trust was less active this year compared to previous years. 

- 1.3 The CCLT website was maintained. 

- 1.4 The Board was not able to recruit new trustees and fresh efforts are being made to do so.
