Charitable Objectives:

Management of the pavilion
Costs for running the facility are now better understood and so arrangements are now in place to make the facility financially sustainable with the cross charging of costs to the main users of the pavilion.

Cricket
As well as maintaining a strong youth cricket capacity, Capel Cricket Club is now regularly putting out 5 sides in open cricket with the third XI, Sunday 2’s and women’s team acting as developmental sides to enable teenagers to make the transition from junior to senior cricket.
Thanks to a grant from the ECB, new nets have been installed and additionally two new Bowling Machines have been purchased including a Junior Bowling Machine specifically designed to help coach juniors.
Football
Capel Comets Youth Football Club continues to flourish.

Structure, Governance and Management
The Charity is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation and currently has 7 trustees. The Trustees have volunteered for the role and the constitution allows other trustees to be elected or co-opted.
Appointed Trustees have been made aware of the need to run the Charity for public benefit.
An executive committee has been appointed to look after the day to day management of the charity and the pavilion.
