Each dish was a testament to his artisty. adding sensory feast lo an already unforgettable night. The highlight of the evening was, of course, the awards. Fifty-flve remarkable finalists were celebrdted, with twenty deserving IvinDers taking home the honours. As each award was announced, the room filled with applause, pride, and emotion. These were not just trophies. they were symbols of deteTMInatio￿ courage, and vision. From trailblazers in science to Champions of human rights, every winner carried a Story that could inspire geThcrations. The 2025 EMWWAA Awards were tllo￿ than an event. they were a ￿we￿I reminder of what can be achieved when talent mcets opportunity and when diversity is not just acknowledgcd but celebrdted. The night ended with hearts full, spirits lifted, and a renewed commilment to building a Wales where every woman and girl, rcgardless of backgrounl call rise aod thrive. On the 22nd of June, the Festival of Communities, organised by EMWWAA, was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Swans¢a. The event attracted apprnximat¢ly 500 attendees from across Wales, creating a vibrant and diverse gathering of people from various backgrounds.

The festival featured 22 international perforniances, showcasing musi¢, danc¢, and cultural traditions from around the world. In addition to the captivating perforniances, several healthcare stalls were set up to promote awareness about important health issue5, including diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and many others. Beyond the entertainrnent and educatio the Festival of Communities served &s a powerful platform to bring people together. fostering understandin& unity, and Ydppreeiation of different cultures. It successfully highlighted the richness of diversity in Wales and strengthened the bonds between its many communiti&s. At the end all attendees enjoyed complimentary international cuisine. Both the functions celebrated rnulti¢ulturallsm and facllltsted community cohesion and integration, objectlves of EMWWAA.
