Structure, Governance and Management The trust is a registered charity number 1163984 and is constitut6d under a Trust Deed dated 23 May 2014. The trust was established by the Sharif brothers, in memory of their father Mr Mohammed Sharil. Subsequently, in July 2017, Mr Khalid Sharif, one of the lounding trustees sadly passed away. F)olicies and procedures adopted for the induction and training of trustees. the charity's organisational structure and any wider network wilh which the charity works; relalionship with any related parties- trustees, consideralion of major risks and the system and procedures to manage th8m. New Irustees are appointed by the exisling trusteas by way of resolution passed at a meeting as provided under the 2014 trust deed. The Irust d88d provides for a minimum of two and a maximum of seven trustees at any time. Mr Usman Khalid Sharif was appointed as a Trustee in April 2018. There is currently no formal induction or training lor new trust88s, however new truslees would be provided with a copy ol the trust deed. All decisions made by the Irustees are via a simple majority as set out in the liust deed. Th8 trustees hold meetings on a biannual basis to consider strategy and review the trust's granl making and other objectives. Trustees are required to disclose all relevant interests in accordance with the Trust's Conflict ol Inleresl Policy and to withdraw from any decisions where a conflict of inleiesl arises. No trustee remunèration is paid. Risk Management The Iruslees have a duty to identify and review the risks lo which the charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error. Section C Ob'ectives and activities The objects of the trust are to benefit such charitable purpos8s or such other registered charities that fall within the law of England and Wales and in such proportions and in such manner and subject lo such terms or conditions as the trustees in their absolute discrotion think fil from time to time. Grants are considered by all Iruslees on a regular basis throughout the year while having regard lo the trust's aims and objectives. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30/04/2021. Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
