For The Purposes Of This Article, 'Connection' Shall Include, But Not Be Limited To: (I) Persons Who Have Lived For A Significant Period Of Their Lives In The Parish, Whether Or Not They Currently Live In The Parish; Or (Ii) Persons Who Have Close Family Who Live In The Parish.
