FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS ARTICLE, 'CONNECTION' SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO: (I) PERSONS WHO HAVE LIVED FOR A SIGNIFICANT PERIOD OF THEIR LIVES IN THE PARISH, WHETHER OR NOT THEY CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE PARISH; OR (II) PERSONS WHO HAVE CLOSE FAMILY WHO LIVE IN THE PARISH.
