Para 1.17 | Our purpose is to informally educate and support the young people in the Whitley Bay area of North Tyneside through both structured and leisure time activities. This is achieved through the provision of space and opportunity to develop personal and social skills through recreational, educational and social activities. The aim is to foster positive behaviours and a high level of confidence in the local young people. Support all areas of the community and foster inclusion within all areas of the local community, also to provide access to information, guidance and support where needed |

SPARCS -The aim of SPARCS is to support families living with autism and other related conditions in the North East of England. They provide a grass root local community support group from the centre which is run by a dedicated committee of volunteers. The goal is to build confidence, develop skills and promote social activities and inclusion in our local communities. Dance & exercise classesThis provision was started to encourage “enjoyable” exercise to fight obesity and fostering positive mental attitude for all age groups. Multiple Sclerosis Club– Support group for all users and carers with guest speakers. Gymnastics- Whitley Bay Gymnastics club is the longest running club in North Tyneside, with 460 Children attending every week, from pre~ school / Disability / to Teenagers which all lead into our feeder classes. Working on self- Confidence, respect, effort and fun, Children are exposed to a positive atmosphere with proactive coaching enabling Children’s physical emotional and social development Tai Chi– attended by all age groups aimed at the elderly promoting low impact exercise |

Through improved access, with the inclusion of traffic control measures, we have been able to improve the lighting and safety of the space provided to the community for their safe use. |

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2021.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
