The objects of the CIO are, for the public benefit: (1) the relief of sickness or suffering; (2) the advancement of health; and (3) the advancement of education and research in relation to health and health related matters, by any charitable means in particular but without limitation by supporting research into dementia and other degenerative neurological disorders.

During the period 1[st] April 2022 to 31[st] March 2023, the Trustees concentrated on reviewing the mission of the charity in the context of the current policy and economic environment. The administrative base for the charity was moved to a new location. The Trustees are exploring the potential of linking with partner organisations to optimise resources and ensure that the Foundation contributes meaningfully to enhancing people’s lives.
