Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the maln achievemgnts of the clkirity during thg year This has been another very SusSfUl year.. because of our broad intake of thildren 22 languages spoken), we have been asked by Suffolk County Council to help them develop their "Living in a Diverse Wortd" teaching programme. This involves us trialling different teaching approaths aThJ ways of interacting wth parents. with the intention of scc tIHI sharing these wtth settings across ts rxjunty 1. Operation and Child Numbers We are at capauty with a waits"rvJ list in place. We have plans to improve our outside areas are fundraising lo do this. We have our ovffi website ww.allsaintswbkrfives..Uk. 2. Slaffing Our StaffirvJ team has grown. enabling us to take 32 thildren in each session. We )[k WEII tOgetr as a team. All staff members a up-to- date with mandatory training and are continually undertaking new courses. We ha recruited HatTiet as lead SENDCO, and we have had really postlive feedbad( from parents. Michelle and Oumou are working towards their Level 3 Eady Years Practitioner qualifications.. all other staff members are already at Level 3. All staff have continued to work parentslcarers, children, and each other in a professional, safe, and thoughtful Wdy. The Trustees would like to offer their Ihanks arvj respecl for their oThJoing commitment to All Saints Under Fives and their cor7tinued efforts lo support best outcomes for the children and families in the setting. 3. Activities Volunteers came in to 1p vath the Christrnas party - the children enjoyed paty gar and food. and the arrival of Father Christmas with party bag of presents for each child to take home. The children were also invtied to atteTrJ the Key Stage 1 Chrisknas Nativrty perfoman and All Saints. School- they vEre beaLrttfully behavedl To celebrate diversty we have had open mornings, ere children and parents have been invited to bring national food and dress in national costume. Everyone has enjoyed sharirKJ each olheffs food and traditionsl We have had a kind volunteer to help the children vbith growing plants from seed. The children ha really enjoyed watering their tomaloes and strab¥berries! We also held open days for parents on Molherfs Day and Fatherfs Day, for tch we had really good feedback. Our Graduation last July went really WEII- w2 k)¢JJssed the aftemoon session on our leavers and their families, with sperial dothes to try on aThJ photos. 4. Communlty We are delOping a good worktng relationship with the new head of All Sainls. School nexl door. Tesco has made donations throughout the year, including Easler eggs and pumpkins, and Nexus (a local charity), have ¢x>ntinued to help us bmth our'Home Comerf by supplying real-life objects {e.g. proper fumiture, oJtry and food) to broaden children's experienS. A volunteer has donated books in different languages, and cnmes in regularty to read to the children. TAR April 2014

Adminlstration The remew of the accounts by the independent examiner and regular sits from Joanna Schwager (SCC Earty Years Team) have taken, and the Charity Commission Accounts wll be ready to be submitted before the deadline on 5th February 2026. Staff appraisals have taken place and Leanne wll be Iking al those again in the coming months. Safety checks suth as PAT testing. heab'ry. lighting, alamis, fire extinguishers and listeria checks have all trEen made. The safeguarding self-assessmenl has also trn completed. 6. Trustees The Twstees AGM is planned for 4 Juty 2025. All parentslcarers have been Inled. We all look foTh¥ard lo continuirMJ to serve our communty and lo ensure that some of its youngest members receive the best possible start to their education.
