The focus of all our activlties is to promote learning through play, supporting the indtvidual child through their unique leaming journey, in partnership with parentslcarers wtth the use of individual planning. observations and an appropriate mix of adult and child initiated activities, to enable the child to become independent and to support transitions into schwl. All children and their families are treated on an individual basis, regardless of race, gender and personal circumstances and the diversty within our setting iepresents the local communty and enriches the learning environment for both chiklren and adults. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the Charity during the year This a&idemic year has been really successful; we had our OFSTED Inspection in May and were awarded a 'Good' with very positive feedback. 1. Operation and Child Numbers From September 2024. we have been able to use the whole building, meaning that our numbers have increased. We are already at capactty with a waiting list in place. We have our own website .a[[SaIntsunderfWeS.c0.uk. 2. Stsffing Our Slaffing team is well established and OFSTED noted how well we work together as a team. Our Slaff are extremely experienced,. all slaff members are Uptoate wtih mandatory training and are continually undertaking new courses. We have also recruited Oumou as a new part-time member of staff, and she is QUentty undertaking her Level 3 qualification. In parts-cular SCC have chosen us to work with them on training for Inclusion and Diversity, 1cauSe of our extremely diverse intake - we have 31 different languages wtthin our setting. All staff have continued to work with parentslcarers, children, and each other in a professional, safe, and thoughtful way. The Trustees would like to offer their thanks and respect for their ongoing commitrnent to All Saints Under Fives and their continued efforts to support best outcomes for the children and families in the setting. It has been noted by Leanne that "l am extremely proud of the Team for our ODSTED result, and for k*ping up our high standards. It is lovely to see that our setting is full- we are going from strength to strength". 3. Activities Children thoroughly enjoyed thr traditional Christmas party in preschool, and each child took home a bag of Christmas goodies and a 0k, and they each had their photo taken with Father Christmas. The children were also invtled to attend the Key Stage 1 Christmas Nats'vty performance. We have also had open days on Mother's Day and Father's Day. and a Graduation in July. 4. Community We are developed a good working relationship wilh the new head of All Saints, School next door. We have taken part in the Blue tokens scheme, and Tesco has also made donations throughout the year. including Easter eggs and pumpkins. We are building a relationship with Nexus {a local charity), who have helped us with our 'Home Comerf by supplying real-life objects such as a dining table and chairs. S. Administration The review of the accounts by the independent examiner and regular visits from Joanna Schwager (SCC Earfy Years Team) have taken, and the Chartt Commission Accounts are read to be submitted TAR April 2014
Section D Achievements and performance before Ihe deadline on 5th February 2025. Staff appraisals have taken place and Leanne will be looking at those again in the coming months. Safety checks such as PAT testing. heating, IhtIng, alarms, fire extinguisher5 and listeria checks have all been made. The safeguarding self-assessment has also been completed. 6. Trustees The Trustees held an AGM 12 June 2024. This was attended by some parentslcarers as well as trustees. We all look forward to continuing to serve our communty and to ensure that some of its youngest members re1ve the best start to their education. We thank Leanne and all members of the Team for all their hard work over the last year. TAR April 2014

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended DD / MM / YYYY .
