We have managed to support our volunteers with coaching courses that increased the quality of delivery of sports sessions. During and after the pandemic we have increased the opportunity for our coaches to attend a lot of online courses and we still have access to coaching platforms that are full of resources. It is very important for us to keep volunteers engaged, have development plans and make them feel valuable part of the community.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

In this period we have managed to continue our community work, to promote additional sessions, increase the number of participants and deliver new sessions at few new locations.

The demand of kids that want to participate in football after the pandemic and lift of the restrictions has increased in the boroughs that we work in. We have managed to create several extra groups for training locally and create few new teams.

We also have managed to keep the quality of the session delivery high, recruit more volunteers, improve our coaching program and also used online resources to get community more engaged.
