During and after the pandemic we have increased the opportunity for our coaches to attend a lot of online courses and we still have access to coaching platforms that are full of resources. It is very important for us to keep volunteers engaged, have development plans and make them feel valuable part of the community. The demand of kids that want to participate in football after the pandemic and lift of the restrictions has increased in the boroughs that we work in. We have managed to create several extra groups for training locally and create few new teams.
