Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:• To Relieve Sickness Of Children Suffering With Cancer In Tanzania By: Assisting With The Provision Of Locally Based Internationally Standardised Curative And Palliative Care Services Working Within The National Health Framework In Tanzania; Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Equipment, Facilities, Services And Training, Both Medical And Psycho-Social, Not Currently Provided By The Statutory Authorities.• To Relieve Sickness Of Children Suffering From Haematological Conditions By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Equipment, Facilities, Services And Training, Both Medical And Psycho-Social, Not Currently Provided By The Statutory Authorities.• To Maintain Health Of Children In Tanzania By Assisting With The Development Of Out Reach And Awareness Services Throughout The Country Of Tanzania.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008]
