In early 2020 additional Trustees, Patrons and President were put in place ready for a formal launch of Friends of Repton Parish Church but unfortunately Covid 19 restrictions changed our plans. However, the following activities have been carried out. Charities Aid Foundation has been appointed to handle subscriptions and donations. A leaflet explaining the aims of the Friends and inviting people to subscribe has been printed. A website has been set up https://www.friendsofreptonparishchurch.co.uk Letters and emails were sent out inviting people to join Friends of Repton Parish Church. It was agreed to fund the replacement of the floodlighting to the tower and spire of St Wystan’s church which had been requested by Repton Parochial Church Council. |
