In 2024, w8 had k8y leader6hip shifts: Lani stepped in as Chair mid- y8ar, supported by Rebec as Wi Chair. New trustees Craig, Carol, Tolu, Lisa and Marcia all joined the Board during 2024. We also adapted to a leaner operational team when our Head of Operations and Flnan Administrator moved on. The Board MaMrS filled vital roles, bringing practical skllls and energy day-to4ay- all shaping a handsknon. collatrative culture. The unique strengths of each Trustee came into sharp focus Ihis year and we're deeply thankful for the way God has brought together such a purposefully skilled team - 8ach bringing timely talents that have mat the charitls needs right when they were most n88dod. Charitable Activities and Impact 2024 was a big year with fresh 8nergy, beginnings and deeper community engagement. Global Day of Prayer On Sunday 27 Octobar, joined our intemaiional partners to st the flrst ever 24@hour Global Day of Prayer for Modia, Arts & Entertalnment, streaming live as the sun moved across th6 globe. Over the course of a full day, prayer segments were led by a diverse group of media professionals and Christian leaders - from joum81ists to ¢reatives, broadcasters and artists, across multiple time zones. Our UK segment vra5 host8d by our wdca5t anchor, Cada Adebeken and we drew attention to th8 broad8r media ecosystem - not just mainstream media, but also th8 arts and ent8rtainment industry- calling for truth, integrity and gra. It was also our joy to partner wth the National Week of Prayer in the UK, which happened during the week of our Engage conferen, to participate more broadly in praying for our nation and particularly for Christians involved in the Media.
