Para 1.20 During the period 1st April 2020 to 31st
March 2021, 766 vouchers were
presented to the Foodbank for provision
of emergency food/non-food supplies.
(Statistics are collected in line with the
Trussell Trust financial year). This
equates to 1,976 people fed (children
and adults) – similar activity levels to
the previous year. The main reason for
provision of emergency food continues
to be low income and benefit
delays/changes.
No emergency fuel payments were made
during the year due to COVID-19
restrictions. This service will be
restarted in the 2021-22 financial year.
