During 202&2024 GCH Trust has continued to operate Gra￿ Church Hartlepool. Regular activities of the church have included= Sunday gatherings - Grace Church Haruepool meets weekly on Sunday aftemoons Life Groups- Smaller groups that meet in a variety of formal and infomial settings during the week Events- A variety of events were hosled exploring different aspects of the Christian farth. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit) The purpose of Ihese gatherlngs has been lo facilitate the development of individuals in their understanding of Christianity. All the meetings, and events, were open lo the general public and have seen people with a variety of beliefs attending throughout the year. Other events that have taken pla￿ this year include= Monthly discussion group Weekly lunch group Christmas events including carol service All of these events have facilitated the exploration and discussion of Christianity and have included people with a wide variety of beliefs. A leadership training programme is used for training and developing leaders lo accommodate the increasing number of people accessing life groups and church evenls. GCH tnjst continued the operation a debt centre in partnership with Christians Against Poverty (CAP), employing a debt centre manager and recruiting volunteers. The building purchased by GCH Trust in August 2023 has been extensively renovated and has been used lo host the majority of the events described above. The charity made a grant towards object 1 - the founding and operation of Christian Churches. through a financial contributions to Covenant Hope Church Dubai. The operations of GCH Trust are supported by a large group of volunteers who perform various roles. The contribution of Ihese individuals enables the church to carry out the objects of the Trust.
