During 202&2024 GCH Trust has continued to operate Gra￿ Church
Hartlepool.
Regular activities of the church have included=
Sunday gatherings - Grace Church Haruepool meets weekly on
Sunday aftemoons
Life Groups- Smaller groups that meet in a variety of formal and
infomial settings during the week
Events- A variety of events were hosled exploring different
aspects of the Christian farth.

The purpose of Ihese gatherlngs has been lo facilitate the development
of individuals in their understanding of Christianity. All the meetings, and
events, were open lo the general public and have seen people with a
variety of beliefs attending throughout the year.
Other events that have taken pla￿ this year include=
Monthly discussion group
Weekly lunch group
Christmas events including carol service
All of these events have facilitated the exploration and discussion of
Christianity and have included people with a wide variety of beliefs.
A leadership training programme is used for training and developing
leaders lo accommodate the increasing number of people accessing life
groups and church evenls.
GCH tnjst continued the operation a debt centre in partnership with
Christians Against Poverty (CAP), employing a debt centre manager and
recruiting volunteers.
The building purchased by GCH Trust in August 2023 has been
extensively renovated and has been used lo host the majority of the
events described above.

The charity made a grant towards object 1 - the founding and operation
of Christian Churches. through a financial contributions to Covenant Hope
Church Dubai.
The operations of GCH Trust are supported by a large group of
volunteers who perform various roles. The contribution of Ihese
individuals enables the church to carry out the objects of the Trust.

Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
The achievements of the charity this year have been the ongoing
operation and expansion of the activities of Grace Church Hartlepool in
line with the objects of the charity. The activities of GCH support the
charity in delivering benefit lo the public.
Object 1- Founding and operalron of Chrrslian churches
Operation ol Grace Church Hartlepool
Financial contribution lo the operation of Covenant Hope Church Dubai
Object 2- Seeking new followers of the Christian religion
A number of people have explored Ihe beliefs of Chrislianily through the
activities outlined above and some of those have now identified as
followers of Christianity
Object 3 - Facilitating development and training in understanding of the
Christian religion
The activities described above have reached a large number of people
throughout the year, with a group of 75-80 adults and children accessing
most of those activities on a regular basis. facilitating the development of
understanding of Christianity.

GCH Tnjst has raised ftjnds through individual and church donations in
order to deliver the objects of the charity-
Redeemer Church in Leeds has supported the Charity financially to help
operate GCH. GCH Irust also received a grant towards the salary of the
CAP debt centre manager.

GCH Trust employs BP (Irusleel in a leadership role for Grace Church
Hartlepool. The charity constitution states that trustees Can receive
remuneration from the charity (not for carrying out their role as a Iruslee)
as long as Ihe majority of trustees do not receive any payment from the
charity. Decisions on pay scales and structure were made by the majority
of trustees without BP present lo avoid conflict ol interest.

charity {Ihe Trust") for the year ended 3110812024.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan￿ with Ihe requirements of the Charities Act 2011
I'the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts Carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5Mb) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
