The development worker cOn￿ntrated on hvo main WO￿ streams, engaging th rural communities and ralsing awareness with health commissioners of the role Community Transport plays in accessing health appolntmenls for rural residents. Follovlng this engagement, The Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Boad (ICB) hosted a webinar for community transport, whl¢h was well attended and provided an opportunlty for transport groups operating in the ICB geography to meet. In July 2024 the ICB commlssloned a ple¢e of work to map the provlsion of community transport and enable a better understanding of where the Community transport groups are. thelr slze and Infomiallon aboul the types of transport they provlde.
