			I report to the trustees on my examination ofthe accounts ofthe above
			charity ("the Trust")for the year ended 31/07/2022.
Responsibilities		and	As the charity's trustees,	you are responsible for the preparation		ofthe
basis ofreport			accounts in accordance	with the requirements ofthe Charities Act 2011
			("the Act").
			I report in respect of my	examination of the Trust's accounts carried			out
			under section 145ofthe	2011 Act and in carrying out my examination,				I
			have followed all the applicable Directions given by the		Charity	Commission
			under section 145(5)(b)	ofthe Act.
Independent			I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters				have

									Volunteers have been assisting in the cataloguing	ofcarriages for

The monthly talks and discussions via Zoom have continued and been well attended.		a

						knowledge of horse-drawn carriages within the collections under
						their care.
						Subscriptions continue to be steady with an increase in museum
						staff joining The Carriage Foundation. This has been achieved
						through the website and the dedicated Facebook page

						networking with people from other countries who are taking an
						active interest in the work ofthe Charity and helping to achieve its
						educational outreach aims.
						Demand for The Carnage Foundation's first book 'The A to Z of
						Carriages', continues. Copies are now being sold via The Carriage
						Association ofAmefiica who regard it as astaple book about
						carriages. Plans have been set in place to publish a series of
						booklets.
