Para 1.17 | The objects of the CIO are for the advancement of the Christian Religion, in particular by support of the activities of St Mary’s Church, Church Road, Winkfield SL4 4SF (hereafter referred to as The Church), by providing from time to time: (1) Help towards the cost of the preservation and repair of the fabric of The Church. (2) Help towards the cost of the replacement and maintenance of major items, for example heating in The Church. (3) Help towards the continuation and enhancement of the musical life of The Church, including but not limited to (a) maintenance and (if appropriate) enhancement or extension of the organ (b) procurement of instruments, acoustic devices, sheetmusic, and other musical goods and services, as used by the choir or choirs. (4) Help with the maintenance costs of ornaments and furnishings of The Church. (5) Help with the maintenance costs and upkeep of the churchyard of The Church (6) Support, initiation, execution or management of fundraising for capital or other projects for The Church, that serve Objects (1) to (5) above. |
