However, the Trustee5 may on occasion wnsider making donations lo national and international bodies that provide similar services. Structuro, Governance and Management The charity is governed by its trust deed dated I2 June 2015. The Iruslees hold regular meetings and decisions are made upon majority consent. Rlsks The trustees believe that the charity is not exposed lo any material risks. Grant making pollcy The charity has no sel policy in relation to making grant payments. In the period donations and grants made amounted to £139,62512024 £93,855), Investment policy The investment policy is to only hold low risk investments, lo safeguard the charlty's lunds. No trustees received any Temunelalion for their services during the period.
