The work of all the volunteers is 8r¢atly appreciated. FINAf4CIAL REIqEW Overall, Ihe Nursery is in a Yay good financial p051tion- with premises18rgely owned. just over£107k in the bank. AS a Small number of our children are under Iwo years old, and their car¢ is noi fund¢d by the State, whi¢h ¢oniinues to place a drnin on ih¢ charity's fijnds. staff8 costs nnd levels remain the biggest challenge for the nursery. Ivith many FLighiy experieneed sts leaviiig the industry and creaiing gr¢at¢r competition for experien¢¢d roles li has been getting harder io flnd the right staff members at a c05t that is still affordable.
