It has its home in Ceddesfeld Ham an iecentury ex rectory and 15 a Grade 2 listed building. The bulldi8 is owned by Sedgefld Town Council with whom we h ave a ful￿ repairing lease. The lease includesthe buildlng. thecar park and one metrearound the building. It also covers the land that the Squash is built on. The ￿aSe. currentty £3(KYJ per year is revlewed every 3 years. The Community Association. forrned in IW. has oCcUp￿d Ceddesfeld Hall since 1974 and have maintained it as a Venue for community aciNities. The Easter picnic on Easter Mondaywas verywellsupported and open toany children aged below 12years in thecommunity. The Mediaeval Fayre. organised by a sub cornmittee of SCA returned in 2022 and was a very successful sunny day for everyone. The Beer Festwal a150 returned in 2022 and was well attended and enjoyed. Dinnerswere held in April and October. Open Mic evenings were held throughout the year and Ceddesfeld Hall hosted the STC Fireworks disptsy in Ortober and the Mayorfs Qui2 also In October and the Snow party in Novembef. Trustees are co8ni5ant of the challenges assoaated with responsibility for such a build1￿ in publK use and maintain resenrfe5 to meet worst case. In the year of report we have recevied a Survey of the attic space wfth various indicative ttStinÉs, and contrarted to replace the lrft to am floors. This latter will cost iro £40.Cth induding VAT. Assodated w￿FI improvements to meet current standards are expected to cost a further £4,(KX). The attic repairs costs are as yet unknown. None of the above could have happened wlthout the hard work of the Trustees and all the volunteer5 and I thankthem.
