A full audited statement of SCA'S income and expenditure forthe finanaal year ending 3131 Marth
2023 is attached. togetherwith a listof Trustee5.
The chèrlty is not a grant makln8 body and all Trustees are fully aware olihe requirements
assodated wlth operatkngfor public benefit. SCA operates as a voluntsry or8anisation and no
Trustee receives payment except for reasonable. receipted expenses. In total. we estlmate more
than IIX) volunteers are involved in organi%in8 and deli¥erin8 SCA actNities.
Ceddesfeld Hall is a Grade 2 bulding dating frorn 1793. Trustees are co8ni5ant of the challenges
assoaated with responsibility for such a build1￿ in publK use and maintain resenrfe5 to meet worst
case. In the year of report we have recevied a Survey of the attic space wfth various indicative
tt*StinÉs, and contrarted to replace the lrft to am floors. This latter will cost iro £40.Cth induding VAT.
Assodated w￿FI improvements to meet current standards are expected to cost a further £4,(KX).
The attic repairs costs are as yet unknown.
None of the above could have happened wlthout the hard work of the Trustees and all the
volunteer5 and I thankthem. Our priority going forward must still be to attrart younger members to
contnue the good work that all of ourvolunteers have accomplished in the last 50 years.
