WeMindTheGap bridges the gap between young people aged 16 -25 yrs, disadvantaged by their circumstances, and the wider community in the North West including North Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside & Manchester. Through the provision of totally holistic, paid traineeships the aim is to give new opportunities in life and work which address any gaps in maturation, aspiration, confidence, care and skills.

Objects: The object of the CIO is to act as a resource for young people and their families who are aged between 11 ? 30 living in the UK by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of work experience, physical, education and other activities. 1. advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; 2. advancing education; 3. relieving unemployment; 4. providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests of social welfare for people living in the area of benefit who have need by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, poverty or social and economic circumstances with a view to improving the conditions of life of such persons
