The church has a Safeguarding Policy and uses Thirtyone:eight (formerly called the Churches Child Protection Advisory SeNice - CCPAS) as an umbrella organisation for its DBS checks. The church also has a Health and Safety policy. relationship with any related parties; trustees, consideration of major risks and the system and procedures to manage them. Our Sunday services were at 10.30am and 6pm and our Bible Study and Prayer Meetings were on Wednesdays at 7.00pm. Parents and Toddlers was held every Monday moming during school term. This actNity is open to the community. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit) We held a Good Friday Ser￿1￿ followed by a Buffet and we held a Talk and Food event in July. We continued hosting a Warm Place with Free Food on a Wednesday between 1 Oam and 1 pm. Apart from a summer break, this was held every other week. This plus our Talk and Food and our Sunday services at our church were open to all the community. We visited three local Old People's Home to hold Carol ServI￿s and took Christmas cards and presents from the church to each resident in these Old People's Homes. We were approached by Flintshire County Counal asking if we could have a defibrillator fixed to the front wall of our church. We met with them on 9th December, and they decided to install the defibrillator under the main noti￿ board. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year In Parents & Toddlers we had 22 adults registered and 27 children. The Talk and Food meeting had about 20 adults plus a few children attending. In Wann Pla￿ and Food, a total of 16 visitors attended. They each took home two carrier bags of food. There is no charge for the food. The number of Christmas Cards and presents delivered to local Old People's Homes totalled 74. TAR March 2012

They are then used to cover any costs during periods when we do have a paid Pastor. The church handbook states that at least 10 % of the annual income is used to fund donations to various missionary and charitable causes.
