| SWIM Cambodia will hold in reserve sufficient funds that we are able to fulfil our contractual obligations to any employees on a fixed term contract. SWIM Cambodia will hold in reserve sufficient funds that we are able to pay any permanent employees for three months. Notwithstanding the provisions above, in line with the Charity Commission Good Governance Guide we aim to hold three months of operating costs in reserves. SWIM Cambodia currently estimates this to be £3,000. |
