Further For The Public Benefit The Provision And Maintenance Of A Community Neighbourhood Centre Including Use For Meetings, Lectures And Classes, Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation And Services With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Inhabitants And To Maintain, Manage And Cooperate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Centre For Activities Promoted By The Charity In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
