During the financial year 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021, Kipepeo remained inactive in terms of charitable activity.
The only financial transactions were small monthly contributions of £1 made by trustee Sue Wagstaff to maintain the charity’s bank account. No other income, expenditure, or operational activity occurred during the year.
The trustees remained unchanged. The approximate closing balance at 31 March 2021 was £304 .
The charity continues to be registered but inactive, and the trustees intend to close the charity once reporting obligations are complete. Any remaining funds will be donated to Courtyard Arts (Hertford) .
