During the financial year 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021, Kipepeo remained **inactive** in terms of charitable activity. 

The only financial transactions were small monthly contributions of **£1 made by trustee Sue Wagstaff** to maintain the charity’s bank account. No other income, expenditure, or operational activity occurred during the year. 

The trustees remained unchanged. The approximate closing balance at 31 March 2021 was **£304** . 

The charity continues to be registered but inactive, and the trustees intend to close the charity once reporting obligations are complete. Any remaining funds will be donated to **Courtyard Arts (Hertford)** .
