In 2016. there was an investment of £12,500.00 for the purchase of a 17-seal wheelchair accessible Ford Transit Jumbo minibus. Section D Achievements and performance The Charty has continued lo employ a Training & Development Manager, but in October 2022 due to a reduction in demand for training services and a significant reduction in group iravel activity due to the economic climate, and also the requirement for our Training Manager to be able to spend more time in the development, production and marketing of the Dartsight product and services, all combined resulted in the reduced hours of available work and activity. and thus it was decided to reduce the salary of the Training & Development Manager lo reflect the reduction in actual training working hours, but it was agreed to fulfil the promise made pre-covid, to deposit £3000 in Mr Needham's private pension fund. Section D Achievements and performance Income During this financial year, all activity including training services, a small amount of group travel, a survey fee, and one donation, generated £22369.30 income up to end of March 2023, This includes £2370 invoiced in 202112022 but paid in this period. There were invol￿S issued in 202212023 of £670.00 which were unpaid on 31" March 2023 which are not included in the above figure. Although there was a reduced activrty performed by the Charity during this period, there still were total expenses which amounted to £18171.19 up lo end of March 2023. The provision of the transport services has been utilised by organisations who don't have access to suitable transport. and has also been invaluable to those organisations whose members have mobility difficulties, as the use of the passenger lrft for wheelchair and easier access for people with walking frames and mobility difficU￿leS has meant that those people have had the opportunity to trave5 to, and experience social aGtivities and events that previously they had not been able to do due to the accessible reslrictions of using other foms of tran5POrt. which has been a great benefit to their own wellbeing and social inclusion. reducing isolation and being a benefit to the community.
