Achievements and performance
The Charty has continued lo employ a Training & Development
Manager, but in October 2022 due to a reduction in demand for training
services and a significant reduction in group iravel activity due to the
economic climate, and also the requirement for our Training Manager to
be able to spend more time in the development, production and
marketing of the Dartsight product and services, all combined resulted
in the reduced hours of available work and activity. and thus it was
decided to reduce the salary of the Training & Development Manager lo
reflect the reduction in actual training working hours, but it was agreed
to fulfil the promise made pre-covid, to deposit £3000 in Mr Needham's
private pension fund.

Other optional information
Because of the MIDAS & PATS Training, 3￿ Sector organisations have been able to be more
independent and transport their members to various activities in a safe. economical and legal
manner, improving the practical leaming and experiences by their members.
The provision of the transport services has been utilised by organisations who don't have access to
suitable transport. and has also been invaluable to those organisations whose members have
mobility difficulties, as the use of the passenger lrft for wheelchair and easier access for people with
walking frames and mobility difficU￿leS has meant that those people have had the opportunity to
trave5 to, and experience social aGtivities and events that previously they had not been able to do due
to the accessible reslrictions of using other foms of tran5POrt. which has been a great benefit to their
own wellbeing and social inclusion. reducing isolation and being a benefit to the community.
