To advance education and promote understanding of the creative process in the arts for the public benefit, in particular but not exclusively visual arts, participatory experiences, performance, audio visual and theatrical.

In a year hit by the pandemic, Viscera was able to undertake strategic planning with key partners in ensure their and its own survival, by developing digital strategies. This included creating a completely on-line sound art experience for the public, as well as managing digital development projects for the Bureau of Silly Ideas.

In making decisions and carrying out their duties the trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s issued guidance on public benefit.

Viscera has managed to survive whilst the entire art world closed during Summary of the main the pandemic. In fact, It gave the organisation time to reflect and plan for achievements of the charity the future, as well as begin a digital project due for launch in April 2021. during the year
