Re*rves polky The PCC has a reserves policy which 1$ cOlstent with the Church of Englands guidelines. The guid¢lin¢s fthi$¢ that reserves should be held to cover the following: a fabri¢lmaini¢nance fund, costs of salary lo cover any notice period for staff and a mI10n OprtunitIeS Fund, so that mission opportuniti¢s are not stifled by the lack of funiL8. Accordingly. reserves are held to cover the required salaries for staff and to cover any urgent works lo the building.
