Asset Register

The Trustees of the Association of Friends of the Church of England Church of St Mary and St Peter Tidenham hold the following property on behalf of the Association:

Land adjacent to the churchyard on the North-Eastern side

Value £87,912 (purchase price £9000 from Treasury Solicitors, July 2015; development costs 201519, £76,687 and £2,225 in 2021-22 for the final surfacing. The capitalised development costs include all costs incurred in developing the land as a car park after the purchase of the land excepting the initial legal fees of £546 relating to the purchase. This was agreed by the trustees in preparing the 2015-16 accounts. The costs do not include maintenance costs following initial development. )

Ownership of this property will be transferred to the Parochial Church Council when its development as a car park for the church has been completed.

I have prepared these accounts based upon the income and expenditure records I have kept from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. I acknowledge my responsibility for the accounts and for providing Mr Peter Cook with all the information and explanations necessary for their review and audit.
