The Trust has members of the congregation donate time to the RRT charity (This is a separate charity) and th¢ Trust also donates funds to the RRT. The RRT has don*ed food boxes io Ingol Primary School Preston. Members of the congregation also ar¢ eng4ed in street preaching and giving out gospel tracts (about 70 tracts per week) and bibles. Main activities and achievements The Trust provides and maintains Gospel ha115 where religious meetings are held by th¢ local Brethren communiry. Detoils of the origins. teachings and way of life of the Brethren can be found on th¢ website W7.pLYMoUthbTethrCnehnst13rtchurch.org and in the s¢hedules to the Tnt Deed. The Trust has been Continuing to open the hall to the con&tiOn and visitors and ¢nwuraging gwd by them which benefit the wider community. as de5¢ribed below. Plans for Future Periods Despite the increased cost of energy. the trIeeS feel that these iDcr¢&s¢d costs are tt SignifictlY impacting on the ability of the charity io coniinue as a going concern. Meetings Meetings held at the Gospel halls include the Lord's Supper (Communion), Gospel preachings, Bible readings and Bible addresses. There is a structured weekly schedule of meetings and. depending on the parti¢ular eting, between 30 and 350 people normally #ttend these occasions. The meetings are attended by the regular congregation and most are open to other properly disposed visitOTS. The nolice board outside the Hall welcome5 Vlsltors and displays the times of Gospel preaching5, along with a telephone number for those seeking further InforntiOn or help. Gospel tracts, which are distribuied by street preacher5. also display this infonnation. During the year. 100 Gospel tracts and 8 Bibles were given out in th¢ street preaching's and given oul to th¢ rommunxty at places of work ets. Bibl¢s and an extensive range of other Christian reading material ar¢ on display at the hails and visitors are free to h¢lp themselves. Page 3

Members of the Congregation participale in a progrdmme of street preaching and Gospel tracts are provided free of harge by the Charity to such preachers to be handed out to interested members of the public. In addition lo the street preaching members of the congregation have been assisting the Rapid Relief Team in preparing food boxes for Ukraine and also assisting the RRT in a sleepover at the local Preston football club. Thi5 was lor local business owners. The congregation hav¢ also helped in tidying the local vsllage {Bilsborrow) Verges and donating flowers for the flower bed. The Trust also donates food to local food banks each month. In carrying out this worL the congregation considers itself to be living out its faith in practice, as particularly ex¢mplified in the following extract from the schedule to th¢ Trust Deed on living a Christian life.. Total voluntsry income received ihis year was £153J88 compared to £227.080 in the previous year. All fund5 held were unrestricted fijnds. Poliry on reserves The Tru5lees ht4ve considered the l¢v¢l of reserves they wish lo retain, appropriate to the charity's l)eeds. based on its size and the level of its financial wmmilments. The Trusr has no employees and its regular outgoings are minimal. Accordingly. the Trustees have decided to adopt a policy of maintaining no gignificant reserves other than a equivaleni to thr¢¢ months expenditures. The congregation is kept regularly informed as to particular needs for funds. and other Televant matters arbd the Trust¢es aim to ensure that the Charity will be able to continue to fulfil its harilable objertives ¢ven if there is a temporary slK)rtfall in incom¢ or unexpected expenditure. by raising a funds appeal to the congregation.
