The charity is constituted as a Charitsble Incorwrated Association and was first registered on 30 October 2014. The Medioliver Foundation (the Foundation) was formed in memory of Medi Oliver Mehra. who died aged 11 on 15 July 2014 following a tragic horse-riding aCdent. The trustees are family members. All trustees give of their time freely and no trustee remun8ratTron was paid in the periixl. The constilution provides Ihal there must be at least three charity trustees but there is no maximum number. The constitution provides for appointment of trustees folk)wing a resolution at a propedy convened meeting of the charity trustees. Although not so limited by its constitulion, the Foundation exist to advan these causes in Ethiopia. Rwanda and Tanzania in particular. Achlevements At the Irustees meeting on 22 February 2015. the trustees approved a policy providing decision- making criteria to inform decisions about whith individuals. groups or projects to support to further the Foundation's objectives vthere one or more options have been identrfied which could further one of the objectives.
