| 7 Establishment repairs and Maintenance |
|---|---|
| These include the utility costs Gas, Electricity paid by bank transfer monthly on |
| receipt ofinvoices and water paid every quarter on receipt ofinvoices. In 2022 |
the |
| Gas and Electricity is higher than 2021 due tothe increase in energy costs. The |
| water costs are also higher due to the increase in the use ofthe building. |
| The repairs and maintenance costs are shared between the unrestricted fund ofthe |
| General fund and the restricted Building fund. Regular maintenance is always |
| expensed from the Generai fund whereas any repairs or additional enhancements to |
| the building are expensed from the Building fund. This was considerably higher |
than |
| 2021 due to major repairs and replacement ofthe external pathways. |
