|7 Establishment<br>repairs and Maintenance||

|These include the utility costs Gas, Electricity paid by bank transfer<br>monthly<br>on||
|receipt ofinvoices and water paid every quarter on receipt ofinvoices.<br>In 2022|the|
|Gas and Electricity is higher than 2021 due tothe increase<br>in energy costs. The||
|water costs are also higher due to the increase<br>in the use ofthe building.||
|The repairs and maintenance<br>costs are shared between the unrestricted<br>fund ofthe||
|General fund and the restricted<br>Building fund. Regular maintenance<br>is always||
|expensed<br>from the Generai fund whereas<br>any repairs or additional<br>enhancements<br>to||
|the building are expensed<br>from the Building fund. This was considerably<br>higher|than|
|2021 due to major repairs and replacement<br>ofthe external<br>pathways.||
