Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year The Iruslees are pleased lo report a steady Increase in membership and attendee numbers since services commenced. Regular daily and Shabbos and Yom Tov services are held. The charity held a number of successful educational and social programs during the period. The regular Kiddushim provide an opportunity for members and guests lo meet in a cordial atmosphere and to participate in the activities of the charity. Donations in year were in line with previous years besides last year which reiVed significantly higher donations due lo a one-off fundraising drive lo raise funds for a new building. TAR March 2012

Ner Chodesh 1158842 Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Ner Chodesh I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Ner Chodesh I'the charity'l for the year ended 31 October 2023. Responsibilities and basis of report As the Iruslees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111'the Act'l. I report in respect of my examination of the eharity's financial statements carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act. Independent examlner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come lo my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect". accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of the Act., or the financial statements do not accord with those records., or the financial statements do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and conlenl of accounts sel out in the Charities (Accounts and Reportsl Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
