We Increased outreach to parents and carers, offering more conslstent touchpolnts and wldenlng access to early support. F8milies benefited from clearer communlcation. more opportunlties to shara thèlr experiences and stronger peer networks. Thls reduced Isolation and ensured familles felt heard, valued and part of a supportlve communlty. Young people took part In accredited tralnlng that built confid8nce, communlcation 8ki118 and practical knowledge. These opportunStS6s enabled partlclpants to take on new responsiblliti8s.
