The Stephen Carey Fund works with local communities and organisations within Northumberland towards the placement of defibrillators throughout the county, to provide emergency life saving training to improve the knowledge of communities and organisations and increase awareness of cardiac arrest.
Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is To Preserve And Protect The Health Of Residents And Visitors To, But Not Limited To, The County Of Northumberland By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities, Support Services And Equipment Not Normally Provided By The Statutory Authorities.to Advance The Education Of The Public In Health Care By The Provision Of Lectures, Fora And By The Publication Of Newsletters Devoted To Healthcare.
