Trustees are elerted at theAnnual General Meeting IAGMI according to the requirernents of the Constitution. Trustees are elected for a pedod of three years, with retirements required on a rolling basis. Retiring trustees are eligible for re-election. All trustees give their time freely aftd no trustee remuneration was paid during the year. Dally administration of the group is delegated to the manager and staff team. Financlal revlew The group is funded through fees, fundraising events and local authorlty fundlng. The income enables the group to provide a high standard of quality childcare and equipment. We are reglstered to carefor chlldren aged 2-4years old, up to a maxlmum of 32 thildren per session. We work to a ratio of 1'.6for overthrees and 1.4 for under threes. We are open Mondays.
