Using music, art, exercise and beauty/holistic therapies as a vehicle to engage with adults living with mental health issues and those who are isolated and/or lonely in the community. We provide: music lessons, group singing, art and creative writing groups, film club, holistic beauty, Thai Chi and Pilates classes as well as a live music event aimed at those living with or at risk from dementia

Objects: 1) To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of West Yorkshire And The Neighbourhood,without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Otheropinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities,voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And Toprovide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Timeoccupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.2) To Relieve Sickness And Preserve And Protect Good Health Of People Residing Inwest Yorkshire, In Particular By The Provision Of Music Related Activities To Helppeople With Alzheimer’s And Dementia
