Activities
The charity currently provides the following activities:- LGBTQ+ youth groups for young people - one to one support for young LGBTQ+ - support and guidance to young LGBTQ+ people under 25 years- partnership working with schools, colleges, statutory and voluntary sector providers - support to parents / carers who's children identify as LGBTQ+
Objects: To act as a resource for LGBT*Q+ people living in the UK, including a specific focus on meeting the needs of those young people up to the age of 25 in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Questioning (LGBT*Q+)community, by providing advice and assistance and organising programmesof physical, educational and other activities as a means of:(a) advancing in life and helping people by developing their skills, capacitiesand capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent,mature and responsible individuals;(b) advancing education;(c) providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests of socialwelfare for people living in the area of benefit who have need by reason oftheir youth, age, infirmity or disability, poverty or social and economiccircumstances with a view to improving the conditions of life of such persons.
