To the Trustees of Al-Haadiyah Charity

I have examined the accounts of Al-Haadiyah Charity for the financial year ended 31 August 2022, which comprise the Statement of Financial Activities, the Balance Sheet, and the relate.d notes. These financial statements are the responsibility of the charity's trustees. My responsibility is to report on these financial statements based on my examination.

Basis of Opinion

I conducte.d my examination in accordance with the Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14 5 of the Charities Act 2011. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the financial statements with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements.

Conclusion

Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities

The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. They are also responsible for ensuring that the charity keeps proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011 and SORP.
