These financial statements are the responsibility of the charity's trustees. My responsibility is to report on these financial statements based on my examination. ## **Basis of Opinion** I conducte.d my examination in accordance with the Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14 5 of the Charities Act 2011. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the financial statements with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements. ## **Conclusion** - Based on my examination, I confirm that: - The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Charities Act 2011. - The financial statements present fairly the financial position of Al-Haadiyah Charity as at 31 August 2022 and the financial activities for the year then ended, in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) !applicable to charities in England and Wales. ## Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
