2022/2023 has been a year oftransition
and
change for MHOP. Our founders
Michael
and BecciBall moved to the states. Paul
Summary
ofthe main
achievements
ofthe charity,
identifying
the difference the
charity's
work has made to
the circumstances
of its
beneficiaries
and any wider
benefits to society as a
whole.
Para 120 and Bethanie Eaton transitioned
into
leadership
ofMHOP in Jan 23.Just before
this MHOP had created and written
its
first set ofvalues. These values have
helped focus the leadership
transition
and
train our exisiting volunteer team in the
foundational
principles
ofMHOP. Paul and
Bethanie have re-worked the systems and
strategy ofMHOP to give staff dear job
descriptions,
workflows
and goals to be
accountable to.We have hosted 6training
sessions throughout
the year and welcomed
5new committed
members
ofthe MHOP
team. We' ve developed a stronger
partnerships
with the message trust and the
wider Church
in the city. We' ve trained and
welcomed 35international
students
onto our
team to serve in music and prayer.
We've
met with 10Churches to pray and
strengthen
leaders
in prayer and train young
adults
in priyer and meditation.
We've
recruited 5volunteers
to give a day or more
aweek to helping
us build the house of
prayer.

Until the end of December 2022, Michael
Ball continued
to be paid for his work under
Relationship

with any related PIra 1.51 the role ofMHOP leader, He received
renumeration

payment
for his role as trustee.
Rebecca
Ball was employed as co-leader and
