The charity's registered number is 1156990 and the company number 08869249. The trustees are appointed in line with the Memorandum and Articles of Association. On appointment all trustees were issued with full detsils and procedures associated V￿th Forever Stars as well as an overview of the charitable purpose of Forever Stars. CHARITABLE OBJECTIVE To promote and protect the health of parents affected by the stillbirth or other perinatal or neonatsl death of their child or children and to relieve suffering and emotional distress amongst such parents in particular, but not exclusively, by (li) providing or assisting in the provision of facilities and services designed to meet their needs at the Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham not otherwse made available by the National Health Se￿iCe,. and (il supporting newly bereaved parents by providing emotional support, practical advice and infomiation. When planning our activities for the year ahead we carefully consider the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE In the trustee's opinion, the charity though unrestricted donations and fundraising events has made significant progress in raising the funds to achieve meeting its objectives throughout the period. FINANCIAL REVIEW The charity's main source ofincome is generated through fundraising events held throughout the period. The trustees extend their thanks to all those who have contributed to these fundraising events and made donations. The charity committed the sum of £109.185 to the development of a baby loss remembrance garden in Nottingham, the 'Serenity Garden, is located in the Highfields Park in Nottingham with the support of the Nottingham Crty Council. The committed funds will also support the charities work with supporting families that use the Serenity Suites at Nottingham Universities Hospital Trust (Queens Medical Centre) and to help raise awareness and support forthese baby loss families.
